About Burak Bekar

I am a senior real estate and investment executive based in Istanbul, with an active professional career in real estate development, investment advisory, and sales leadership since 2002. I began my career at Eskidji Real Estate, and over the years have taken on leadership roles across both local and international markets, focusing on the development, positioning, and execution of high-value real estate investments. Throughout my career, I have been directly involved in residential, commercial, and investment-driven projects with a total transaction volume exceeding USD 150 million. I have worked closely with large-scale investors, international funds, and developers, building long-term, portfolio-based relationships focused on sustainable value creation. Today, I work directly with both domestic and international investors, providing advisory services on investment-oriented real estate, income-generating assets, and long-term portfolio structuring. My focus is on identifying the right assets aligned with investor objectives, managing strategic acquisition processes, and establishing disciplined, portfolio-level investment decision frameworks. Over the course of my career, I have held senior roles at leading industry players including YEŞİL GYO (REIT), EREB Global, Property Advisor Turkey, Mars Global, and Istanbul Investments. My responsibilities have included: Managing and executing over 1,000 residential sales, Building long-term portfolio relationships with qualified and institutional investors, Structuring strategic partnerships with developers, Pricing, positioning, and bringing investment-oriented projects to market. My professional approach goes beyond transactions. I focus on investment decisions driven by the right timing, the right location, and the right strategy, with the objective of capital preservation and long-term growth. I provide advisory services particularly in local and international investor relations, luxury real estate, income-generating assets, commercial real estate (hotels, offices, retail units, industrial facilities, etc.), investment-driven developments, and long-term portfolio management. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering and am currently pursuing academic studies in Business Administration. I provide professional services in Turkish and English.
